Hiram Ayres Monteiro and his son Henrique Ayres Salem Monteiro. The founding partner and lawyer Prof. Dr. Hiram Ayres Monteiro (in memoriam), shaped his professional experience in four decades of experience in the public and private legal environment, retiring as Chief Prosecutor for all high school litigation in the State of São Paulo. Operated in the civil, criminal, tax and labor sectors. Graduated from the first class (1972) of graduates of the Faculty of Law of Itapetininga - FKB From 1991/1994 he was editor-in-chief of Suplemento Jurídico, a periodic magazine with national circulation for the dissemination of Highway Law. He was president of AJORI - Association of Journalists and Broadcasters of the Itapetininga Region from 1995 to 2007, whose period was part of the Board of Trustees of FKB, in that same faculty, he was professor of the chair of Judicial and Ethical Organization, where he taught for five years, from 1995 to 1999 - classes for the Fifth Year of the Legal Course. In 2003 he founded the Academia Itapetiningana de Letras, having been its first president (2003 to 2007). He wrote two books in 1997, published "Venâncio Ayres - O Cavaleiro do Ideal" and in 2010, "Livre Terra de Livres Irmãos - Saga da Itapetininga Republicana by Venâncio Ayres a Júlio Prestes", in addition to hundreds of legal and cultural articles published in Legal Supplement of the DER and in the newspapers Folha de Itapetininga and Gazeta de Itapetininga.

The managing partner and founder Prof. Dr. Henrique Ayres Salem Monteiro, started early in law and has been working since 2001 advising workers, businessmen, companies and public servants in the defense of their rights. Very young, he has already discovered his vocation for advocacy, journalism and entrepreneurship. At the age of 20, he was elected 1st secretary of the Karnig Bazanan Foundation Academic Law Center, where he developed academic activities in defense of the prerogatives of students, being chief editor and columnist for the Journal of the Central Directorate of Students, whose role he had exercised until graduating in 2000. He started as a young man in law, approved as soon as he graduated from the 1st OAB exam and following his social vocation to defend workers, performed outstanding actions in favor of causes with great social repercussion in the social security and labor fields, having benefited hundreds of people. through the support and defense of Legal theses before the higher courts. For his successful performances and professional capacity, in 2004 he received the award from the Folha de Itapetininga newspaper in a ceremony held at the centenary Clube Venâncio Ayres. He was also appointed member of the Citizenship and Social Security Law committees of the 43th Subsection of the OAB / SP where he had an expressive participation in the defense of class and citizenship. Completed Post-Graduation Course "Lato-Sensu" at a specialization level in Social Security Law on 10/01/2005, by the Escola Paulista de Direito Social - São Paulo, having been approved with a maximum grade by the Federal Judge Prof. Titular USP - University of São Paulo - Dr. Marcus Orione G. Correia. He is an effective member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association, of the Brazilian Bar Association / SP and SC. Affiliated to the Center for Social Security Studies in Florianópolis and to the Brazilian Institute of Social Security Law, constantly participating in Congresses throughout Brazil. Currently, due to his entrepreneurial vocation, he carries out legal and business activities managing companies in the real estate, financial and legal sectors in the States of São Paulo and Santa Catarina, giving lectures and professional guidance to several professionals in the legal and financial careers.

The executive partner, Dr. Fabiano da Silva Darini, started young in his Legal career, still a student, tried to improve his knowledge and in 2002 he was approved as an intern at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of São Paulo where he worked for two years, having also interned together with Secretariat of Public Security of São Paulo. He was appointed to the Court of Justice as a Conciliator in the Special Civil Court, where he served for more than three years and acquired enormous experience in various legal demands. He started with 23 years in law, whose profession he has exercised with zeal since 2004, providing specialized consulting in the various branches of Social Law. Due to his notorious competence and righteousness in 2012, he was appointed Advisor to the Ninth Disciplinary Panel of the OAB / SP Ethics Court, where he fulfilled the excellent mission of issuing an opinion on causes and the application of ethical disciplinary procedures and the defense of society and the class of lawyers. . He was also an active member of the Labor Law Commission, nominated by the 43th Subsection of the OAB / SP. He is an active lawyer and has participated in numerous courses and congresses throughout Brazil, having extensive civil and social security procedural experience supporting appeals to the Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Federal Court, giving lectures on Social Security Law to several companies and classes of workers.

The executive partner, Dr. Everson Salem Custódio has a law degree from the Higher Education Institute of Greater Florianópolis, and in the first year of study he has already started an internship in law at Ayres Monteiro Advogados in the city of Itapetininga where he gained experience and practiced with praise legal activity in the first years of study. Graduated in 2011, since then, approved in advance in the OAB / SC exam, he has already started in the legal profession following his social vocation. In 2013 he was appointed a member of the OAB-Santa Catarina Social Security Law Commission, having considerable participation in the organization of several events in defense of Social Security Law, for People with Disabilities, among others, and an active member of the Interinstitutional Social Security Forum of Santa Catarina. Author of numerous legal articles published in electronic magazines, newspapers and in the Revista Juris Plenum Previdenciária. Acting lawyer and partner at Ayres Monteiro & Salem Sociedade de Advogados headquartered in Florianópolis, with extensive procedural experience in the civil, labor and social security areas, working throughout the State of Santa Catarina in the defense of social rights. In 2014, he completed a Postgraduate Course in Social Security Law, at CESUSC Faculty in the city of Florianópolis and due to his technical and leadership skills, in 2016 he was elected President of the Center for Social Security Studies - CEPREV - based in the capital of Santa Catarina.
